Slate is my Sky UNDP (2005) a documentary film by Arun Chadha

Slate is my sky is about ensuring primary school education for all children, one of the Millennium Development Goals. This is the theme of this documentary film for UNDP. The film looks at way primary school education has arrived for children of tribal communities living in far away isolated places and how it is transforming their lives. The film is was shot at Lahul & Spiti valley in Himachal Pradesh (India), in the desert of Jaiselmer in Rajasthan and among tribal children of Madhya Pradesh.
